The NEMS Tech. research group dedicated to advanced plasma technology development and successfully accomplished many ICP (Inductively Coupling Plasma) plasma electrodes and patents, which were subsequently put into practice and applied to several kinds of plasma equipments and film-coating products. For PCB industry applications, the NEMS Tech. has provides plasma desmear machine and even plasma drilling machine. Plasma cleaner is mainly for packaging cleaning process. Moreover, the NEMS Tech. also provides ITO plasma treatment machine for LCD/OLED industry applications, plasma asher for LED front-end applications, PFC plasma scrubber for IC/Semiconductor applications. Distinct and advanced plasma technologies were employed in manufacturing those equipments or products, which makes the NEMS Tech. very competitive in Taiwan as well as in the world.
