Our Electronics Business unit was active since the start, the Flat Panel Display and the Photovoltaic Business Units were established in 2004 and 2006 respectively. In 2015, the PV Business Unit was renamed Semiconductor B.U. to provide more solutions and automation to other semiconductor related industries.
