正業科技6/19晚間公告，公司與深南電路股份有限公司(以下簡稱“深南電路”)本著平等互利、優勢互補、共同發展的原則，在真實、充分地表達雙方意願的基礎上，雙方簽訂了《深南電路股份有限公司與廣東正業科技股份有限公司戰略合作協議》。
據悉，深南電路始終專注於電子互聯領域，致力於“打造世界級電子電路技術與解決方案的集成商”，擁有印製電路板、封裝基板及電子裝聯三項業務。以互聯爲核心，在不斷強化印製電路板業務領先地位的同時，大力發展與其“技術同根”的封裝基板業務及“客戶同源”的電子裝聯業務，為客戶提供專業高效的一站式綜合解決方案。
