工信部長苗圩:出臺五大措施支援軟體業發展

工業和資訊化部部長苗圩上月29日表示，大陸將採取優化產業發展環境、鼓勵企業創新發展、加快拓展應用市場、持續培育龍頭企業、大力發展生產性服務業等五大措施促進軟體產業升級，全面提升軟體產業對經濟社會發展和維護網路資訊安全的支撐服務能力。未來一段時期是我國軟體產業轉型發展的關鍵時期，軟體產業正加快向網路化、服務化、體系化、融合化方向發展，雲計算、物聯網、移動互聯網等新型業態層出不窮，而加快經濟發展方式轉變和提質增效升級、促進資訊化與工業化深度融合，對軟體產業的支撐保障能力也提出了更高要求。苗圩表示，下一步大陸將加大軟體產業相關行政審批事項取消下放力度，加快重點軟體標準制定，做好軟體正版化和智慧財產權保護工作。(來源：證券時報網)
