PC市況冷 PCB退場潮現端倪

受到PC、NB需求不振影響，硬板大廠瀚宇博多、金像電、南亞電路板等業者2013年仍深陷供過於求壓力與虧損中。2013年來，PCB 產業投資主力集中在高階HDI 、IC載板與軟板幾大行動裝置應用產品，臺灣PCB 龍頭欣興也不再針對傳統硬板作投資，讓老舊產能自然淘汰。從臺灣幾家PCB 大廠投資情形來看，硬板廠均積極向高階產品進行佈局，如3 階以上高密度連接板(HDI) 、伺服器板、軟硬結合板等等，相較于傳統板，高階板的ASP 獲利更佳，也能改善整體毛利率。但高階產品的投資金額也相當高，考驗業者產能規模和投資能力，產業走向整並與洗牌的可能性也逐漸升高，如今受到景氣不佳影響，硬板廠退場潮已初現端倪。（來源：PCB資訊網）
