Features: ● The BRE2200 Rectangular Static Rod is an industrial solution that effectively neutralizes static charges to prevent issues such as material clogging, misfeeds, fires and ESA contamination. Its "impact-free" linear air ionizer generates both positive and negative ions to ensure smooth processes and enhanced safety. ● Flexible Lengths: Static wands are available in lengths up to 12 feet and can be customized for a variety of industrial settings, ensuring full coverage and effective neutralization of static charges. ● Versatile installation: Installation is made simple with adjustable mounting hardware, allowing a variety of positioning to accommodate different workspace configurations. ● Enhanced Reliability: This static rod features an enlarged air dielectric cavity at the end cap to increase reliability and reduce the possibility of downtime or maintenance issues. ● Shock-free operation: The electrostatic bar uses a capacitively coupled 316 stainless steel firing pin to ensure shock-free operation and protect the operator and equipment from electrical hazards. ● Integrated high-voltage cable: The electrostatic wand features an integrated 72-inch high-voltage cable built into a flexible conduit that can be readily connected to a compatible power source, simplifying setup and reducing installation time.
