Copper Metal Mesh is a kind of conductive materials, also known as copper metal mesh materials. It comes with the characteristics of good ductility and low impedance, and is regarded as one of alternative materials for ITO films.
We use PET as the main base materials, combined with sputtered copper layer and Black Oxide treatment, to form extremely thin fine metal grid lines, which width and spacing(w/s) could be equal or less than 20/20um,almost invisible to the eyes.
This Copper Metal Mesh materials can make the lines inconspicuous after etching, as well to reduce reflectivity, minimize reflection and glare, and have the characteristics of good conductivity and high touch sensitivity.
Copper Metal Mesh materials can be used in ultra-thin, bendable, and small-sized wearable electronic products, and also can be used with stylus to apply for demand of flexible soft touch display technology for fashionable and innovative consumption Electronic products.
