國務院強調嚴控新設行政許可

近日，國務院決定出臺嚴格控制新設行政許可的措施。並要堅持依法設定行政許可，做到“三個嚴格”：一要嚴格設定標準；二要嚴格設定程式；三要嚴格對設定和實施行政許可的監督。國務院還決定，要按照轉變政府職能、創新政府管理的要求，在前不久已取消一批評比達標表彰評估專案的基礎上，再取消76個專案，並從嚴從緊加快清理其他評比達標表彰評估專案，尤其是帶有收費性質的專案。(來源：北京晨報)
