據研究機構指出，因中國大陸三大電信營運商在2013年5月同步取消對低於4寸低階智慧型手機的補貼政策，導致市場觸控面板庫存堆積，預估第三季陸廠手機用觸控面板出貨量將較前季衰退1.0%，第四季則將因4.5寸以上智慧型手機新機種陸續推案上市，陸廠手機用觸控面板出貨量亦將較前季回升1.8%。（來源：PDF製造）
