“可折疊”顯示幕研製成功

華南理工大學發光材料與器件國家重點實驗室與廣州新視界光電科技有限公司聯合研製成功大陸第一塊彩色柔性AMOLED顯示幕，傳統的硬屏變成了可折疊和彎曲的柔屏。該顯示幕顯示尺寸4.8英寸，厚度100微米，重量不足1g，實現了彩色視頻和圖像顯示。它具有超輕薄、可彎曲和折疊、抗機械衝擊等優勢。該顯示幕使用了聚醯亞胺(PI)作為柔性襯底，融合了新視界公司在Ln－IZO的TFT背板製作、薄膜封裝、PI膜製備和剝離、IC貼合等一系列工藝和技術領域的最新科研成果。（來源：人民網）
