光韻達提供柔性線路板鐳射成型服務 獲利不少

柔性電路板不斷壯大，讓一些為柔性線路板廠商提供精密加工服務的公司亦有望從中分得一杯羹。日前，光韻達通過互動易平臺表示，現有業務中有提供柔性線路板鐳射成型服務，且目前該項業務收入約占公司營業收入的15%。柔性線路板鐳射成型是指利用UV鐳射將各種材質、厚度的柔性線路板切割成所需要形狀的過程。目前主要應用于普通柔性線路板、高密度柔性線路板切割、軟硬結合板成形、覆蓋膜開窗等。據瞭解，光韻達是大陸首家採用雷射技術進行柔性線路板成型服務的企業，該項服務推出後很快得到業內認可，公司目前加工數量已從以往的小批樣、試樣逐步轉變為批量加工的形式，相關營業收入也位居同行前列。（來源：百能網）
