印製電路板自動化光學檢測儀打破國外壟斷

近期，由大陸首家自動光學檢測系統製造商浙江歐威科技有限公司採用自有數學邏輯模型與圖形圖像比對技術，研發成功的印製電路板自動化光學檢測儀，打破了以色列奧寶科技和日本網屏在此領域的壟斷，使大陸在自動化光視覺檢測領域步入30微米時代。自動化光學檢測系統是通過高清晰度線陣相機提取PCB表面圖形、通過圖形數位化轉換、特徵點邏輯判斷與圖形匹配、線條形態輪廓邏輯比對、缺陷點判定與提取這一技術流程來實現PCB表面圖形的缺陷檢測。（來源:科技日報）
