大陸化解產能過剩矛盾總體方案望出臺

發改委、工信部會同有關部門正在研究化解產能過剩的工作，化解產能過剩矛盾總體方案目前已經成稿。方案重點將解決鋼鐵、水泥、電解鋁、平板玻璃和造船五大行業的產能過剩問題。相關人士表示，化解產能過剩矛盾主要通過設定一些准入標準，利用市場機制淘汰部分落後產能，使行業產能利用率達到80%左右。據瞭解，目前按照通知中要求的“尊重規律、分業施策、多管齊下、標本兼治”的原則和“消化一批、轉移一批、整合一批、淘汰一批”的要求，工信部正在研究制定化解產能過剩矛盾總體方案。(來源：中國新聞網)
