8月1日起部分小微企業暫免增值稅營業稅

大陸國務院常務會議決定從今年8月1日起，對小微企業中月銷售額不超過人民幣2萬元的增值稅小規模納稅人和營業稅納稅人，暫免徵收增值稅和營業稅。由於今年上半年，大陸財政收支矛盾突出，在此背景下出臺這一政策，突顯了政府對小微企業發展、穩定經濟增長、鼓勵創業、促進就業的重視和支持。另一方面，如果減免稅規模過大，將會影響公共財政支出的規模，實際反而會削弱財稅政策整體效果。(來源：人民日報)
