川寶投下500萬美元 跨足高階無光罩直接成像曝光領域

川寶宣佈投資美國Maskless公司500萬美元，將進行無光罩直接成像曝光機設備技術合作開發與銷售，估計明年開始貢獻營收。川寶是亞洲最大曝光機設備廠，以研發製造PCB產業用CCD對位半自動及全自動曝光機，在臺灣、大陸、香港、泰國及新加坡擁有超過300家客戶，迄今全球已銷售超過2300台曝光機。Maskless為美國非上市公司，最大股東是美系創投公司USBT，川寶投資500萬美元，相當於新臺幣1.5億元，川寶資本額3.87億元，兩家公司將藉由這次的合作機會，提升產品制程能力並快速導入全自動直接成像設備。（來源：中央社）
