南京出臺多項新政鼓勵就業創業

日前，南京市人社局召開新聞發佈會，出臺《關於推動實現更高品質就業的意見》為高校畢業生、就業困難人員、失業人員等人群就業創業帶來更多的政策福音。據悉，為鼓勵小微企業更多吸納高校畢業生，符合標準的小微企業當年新招用高校應屆畢業生，符合條件的對企業繳納部分給予1年的社保補貼。而新意見一大創新之處在於：南京市首次對小微企業招用南京籍全日制普通高校畢業生就業的，另按每人RMB2,000元標準給予一次性獎勵補貼。對於招用該市就業困難人員就業，按實際招用人數給予每人每月RMB300元的崗位補貼和企業繳納社保部分的社保補貼。企業新招用持《就業失業登記證》人員，符合條件的在3年內按實際招用人數給予減稅；月營業額低於RMB2萬元的個體經營人員，免征各項稅收。凡經認定的南京市就業困難人員從事個體經營或靈活就業，按規定標準給予社保補貼。（來源：江蘇經濟報）
