中港企業跨境貸款 將更開放

中港兩地跨境人民幣貸款有望再現政策突破。香港東方日報引述消息人士稱，大陸外匯管理局為推進資本項目可兌換，擬在大陸部分地區開放人民幣500萬元以下的中小企業外保內貸業務。 報導指出，一旦新政實施，未來小額外保內貸不再受原有管理政策限制，也就是不必再逐筆審批。新政主要設定三個條件，包括企業外保內貸單一貸款少於人民幣500萬元，全年貸款總額不得逾1,500萬元，及未償還本金餘額不得超過借款企業上年底淨資產的50%。 中資企業的外保內貸，是指在境外提供擔保的條件下，由境內金融機構向中資企業提供貸款。 （資料來源：經濟日報）
