大陸宣佈31項對台惠民新政策措施

廈門舉行的第五屆海峽論壇上，大陸方面發佈了３１項對台惠民新政策措施，內容涉及兩岸人員往來、赴台旅遊、就業、基層調解、文化交流、版權交易、兩岸直航、台企融資等多個領域。主要包括：同意福建省設立國家海峽版權交易中心；同意福建設立海峽國家數位出版產業基地等。積極促進兩岸郵輪運輸經濟發展；積極支援兩岸客貨滾裝輪運輸發展等。開展台資中小企業助保金貸款、設立海峽兩岸科技合作聯合基金、安排專項資金資助台資企業和對台科技合作企業的科研項目等。(來源：中國證券報)
