江蘇省6月開始領高溫津貼 每人每月RMB 200元

從江蘇省人社廳獲悉，本月起開始發放高溫津貼，今年仍按去年的標準發，全年按4個月計發，每人每月RMB 200元。與往年不同的是，高溫費已正式納入今年5月1日起實施的《江蘇省勞動合同條例》(修訂)，用人單位不按規定發放高溫費屬於違法行為。其中，新《條例》中明確規定了“用人單位安排勞動者從事高溫天氣作業和高溫作業的，應當採取防暑降溫措施，並按照國家和省的規定向勞動者支付高溫津貼、崗位津貼。用人單位支付的高溫津貼不得低於國家和省規 定的標準。”(來源：揚子晚報)
