「印度製造」手機累計產量破20億大關 為全球第二大手機生產國

Counterpoint Research於近期表示，在印度政府激勵政策、內部需求強大及數位素養上升帶動下，2014年到2022年，印度製造的手機已突破20億支，年複合成長率達到23%，印度也成為全球第二大手機生產國。
影響分析
「Make in India」為印度政府於2014年開始推動，有別於東南亞其它國家，印度政府於資通訊產品的選擇策略上更側重於智慧手機的發展，先由整機組裝開始，隨後進而推動相關供應鏈的在地生產。事後檢視此策略相當奏效，除了 Apple 外，Samsung、Xiaomi、OPPO 與 VIVO等前幾大品牌皆已實現印度製造，以 iPhone 為例，印度製造能量的提升亦讓當地從原本僅生產舊機型跨越障礙並於 2023年開始生產 iPhone 15。
進一步探討，印度製造的手機初期主要以供應本地需求為主，由於產量與生產技術的提升，用於出口的比重日漸增加，根據 ICEA 的數據，印度製造的手機於2022-2023財年已有 26% 用於出口，比前一個財年大幅增加了 10 個百分點，這顯示印度手機產業已脫離僅供應區域市場的特性，成為了名符其實之全球手機生產大國。
此狀況對於供應鏈的影響不言而喻，當組裝的總量達到某種程度的經濟規模，自然對於供應商的吸引力會大增，若持續依此速度發展下，未來幾年將會有蠻大的機會驅動另一波相關供應鏈的移動。
