台灣碳權交易所正式成立

由證交所與國發基金共同出資成立的「台灣碳權交易所」於8月7日成立，交易所坐落於高雄，資訊中心位於台北，初期規劃資本額約新台幣5到10億元。
影響分析
台灣碳權交易所的成立源自於蔡英文總統於4月份所宣示的國內將成立自主的碳交易平台，根據資料交易所的業務包括：國內碳權交易、國外碳權交易以及諮詢，其中成立的初期僅提供諮詢服務，碳權交易的細節與執行方式需待相關的法律實施後才會正式運作，預計時程為2023年底，值得期待。
現階段碳權交易依來源可分為「強制性」及「自願性」，其中台灣碳權交易所採取的為自願性，可提供企業另一個交易管道來獲得碳權，尤其對於包括電路板在內的台灣中小企業而言，提供了便利性，基本的運作原理在於企業直接投資或投入特定減碳專案，透過平台來取得經認證的碳權，而台灣碳權交易所的成立與未來的運作亦有助於企業與國際接軌。
根據「台灣PCB產業低碳轉型策略」的規劃，雖然碳權的交易並非初期減碳的關鍵，但由於自主節能的研發與再生能源的採購亦非易事，若在碳權的交易時程上能有所提前，對於達到2030年減碳30%將會是莫大助益，甚至有助於企業滿足客戶的要求以爭取更多的訂單。
