鴻海斥資18億 越南買地

鴻海集團於14日代子公司 Fulian Precision Technology Component Co.,Limited 公告，將斥資1.48兆越南盾（約新台幣18.97億元），取得越南北江省越安縣光州工業區45.11萬平方公尺（約13.65萬坪）土地。
影響分析
受到 Apple 有計畫性的分散製造產能影響，包括鴻海、緯創、和碩、立訊等相關代工廠，為了響應 Apple 的分散策略以維持訂單，近幾年將產能移轉至東南亞的積極度相對較其它同業顯著。作為 iPhone 主要供應商的鴻海，現階段全球生產基地包含台灣、中國大陸、越南、印度、匈牙利、斯洛伐克、捷克、巴西、美國與墨西哥，其中於越南的二個主要廠區分別位於北寧省與北江省，此次預計所投資的光州工業區（為北江省最大的工業區）對鴻海而言算是再度加碼，而細數鴻海於北江省的投資可回溯至2016年所轉投資的New Wing Interconnect Technology Limited股權收購，接下來幾乎每年皆有新設廠或擴廠的動作，至今位於北越的北江省已是鴻海於越南的製造大本營，若連同北寧省在內的產能，越南或許可說是鴻海於全球的第二大生產基地。
除了 iPhone、iPad、Apple watch、AirPods 與 MacBook等 Apple 主要產品持續轉移至越南生產外，其它品牌亦有相同的現象，以 Notebook 為例，根據 TrendForce 於2023年初所發佈的數據，預估2023年全球將有10%的筆電來自於越南；智慧手機的部份，前五大品牌除了 Apple外，三星與小米亦在越南生產，換言之越南已為東南亞國家當中，消費產品的生產重鎮。由於智慧手機與筆記型電腦應用占台灣PCB產業產值比重相當大，是否因此會驅動廠商至越南或其它東南亞國家設廠或許還有眾多因素要考量，但若從貼近客戶的角度切入來思考，終端客戶越南生產比重的拉高對於PCB廠商而言亦將會形成牽引的力量。
