東山精密擬收購3家境外子公司

東山精密於1月31公告，擬通過全資子公司美國東山、DSG與東山香港控股，於境外收購 Aranda Tooling,Inc.、AutoTech Production Services, Inc.與 Autotech Production de Mexico S. de R. L. de C.V. 三家公司。
影響分析
若僅計算PCB的業務，東山精密為中國大陸最大的企業，2022年營收規模約為第二名深南電路的1.6倍，其中軟板為主要的PCB產品，亦是 Apple 產品的軟板供應商。從所併購的標的公司來觀察， Aranda Tooling,Inc.為金屬沖壓、切割與加工廠，而 AutoTech Production 則是提供 Coating（塗層）的供應商，二家皆是北美的汽車零組件廠商，換言之此次併購主要著眼於北美的汽車產業，除此之外，東山於2022年亦透過子公司 DSBJ PTE. LTD. 於墨西哥成立新公司以及投入13億元人民幣於江蘇省昆山市千燈鎮設立全資子公司，而根據新聞稿的資料，以上舉動皆是為了進一步推動新能源戰略布局。
從整體應用的角度分析，雖然智慧手機、網路通訊與消費應用仍是中國大陸PCB的應用主力，但2022年受限於終端市場動能的減弱，使得原本就順著國際浪潮成長的汽車產業更加被突顯，而這也反應在陸資電路板的業績表現上。東山精密過去藉由收購 Mflex 與 Multek 成功打進消費性電子市場，經過幾年的發展成功站穩陸資電路板龍頭的地位，然而從近期的動向來看，該公司已將汽車列為未來策略佈局的重點，再加上包括新能源在內的汽車電子對於PCB的需求已不局限於傳統多層板，這對於原本就是最大陸資軟板供應商的東山而言，無疑是發展的利基點，而積極的併購或投資策略亦有助於公司深化汽車產業的連結。
