2022年全球IC出貨量上看4,277套，年成長率9.2%

研調機構IC Insights於4/13發布最新報告，2021年全球IC產品出貨量高達3,918億套，相較2020年明顯成長21.6％，並預期2022年全球IC產品出貨將上看4,277億套，可望持續再創新高。
晶片的銷量與終端產品市場有高度的關聯性，它反應了產品出貨量與電子化程度的綜合資訊。9.2%的成長率意謂著，2022年整體終端產品市場仍保有小幅度的成長，其中智慧手機與PC銷量動能將減弱，而HPC與汽車電子則是持續朝向高值化發展，相較於去年產品全面齊揚的情況將有所改變。此外比較前一年21.6%的成長幅度，2022年整體動能顯著的縮小亦將反應在實際業績與整體的氛圍上，產業在經歷2021年的榮景後，建議於心態上要有所調整。
由於電路板為產品電子化的必備零組件，整體終端產品的市況更是重要的參考指標，若對照全球電路板產值與晶片銷售，就長期而言兩者的成長率增減趨勢大致上維持同步，倘若以此觀察結果來推估，2022年全球電路板成長幅度仍可以用9.2%為參考基準。除此之外，5G發展以來對於產品價值的推升已見到顯著的效果，此狀況亦反應在近幾年電路板的產值上，因此若將高值化的因素同時考量進來，2022年全球電路板產值或許仍有機會超過10%，但對於疫情、地緣政治與通膨等負面因素的潛在影響，仍需謹慎小心應對。
