2024年開徵碳費 預計每噸不超過新台幣300元

行政院已審查完成「溫室氣體減量及管理法」修正草案，將2050淨零目標入法（行政院預訂4月底經院會通過後送到立法院審議），建立碳定價機制，徵收對象包含國內直接或間接排放源及高碳含量之進口產品，最快2024年開始徵收。
在全球減碳的共識下，排放溫室氣體已不再視為理所當然，計價機制於全球雖以不同的形式運作，但基本上企業即將進入使用者付費的時代已是不可逆的事實。在國內企業獲利與永續發展的天秤上，新台幣300元/每噸的價格或許仍有考量與討論的空間，倘若對照於全球正在運行的碳排放交易系統（Emissions Trading System, ETS）之參考價格，若無其它機制的前提下，此價位似乎大幅向下調整的空間亦不大。雖然離具體實施還有二年的時間，但對於包含電路板等多數廠商而言，充足的資訊對於前期的可行性評估（包括：綠能採購、成本支出、時程表等）相當重要，另外雖然碳費徵收與碳交易於觀念上有很大的差異，但對企業主而言，建議仍應開始瞭解每年財務規劃中提列費用所需之相關配套工作。
