【行業亮點】中京電子：HDI產品在小間距LED/MiniLED等應用領域有較高市占率

中京電子在2月4日晚間披露的調研活動資訊中透露，目前公司HDI產品主要以2階以上為主，已批量生產3階以上HDI(含AnyLayer)。自2019年以來，公司HDI產品長期供不應求，在小間距LED/MiniLED、消費電子等應用領域有較高市占率。2021年一季度末公司珠海富山新工廠將開始投產，產品以3階、4階HDI(含AnyLayer)及以上為主。新工廠投產後原有產能不足問題得以解決，將進一步擴大公司HDI產品優勢。
調研資訊顯示，中京電子子公司元盛電子是國內最早專業從事FPC生產的內資龍頭企業之一，在OLED顯示、智慧終端機、生物識別、動力電池管理等細分市場領域具有較明顯市場競爭優勢。在OLED顯示領域，元盛電子FPC產品重點配套京東方、深天馬、TCL華星光電等客戶，用於智慧手機、PAD、NoteBook等領域；在智慧終端機領域，元盛系任天堂FPC主要供應商之一；在生物識別領域，重點配套丘鈦科技、紫文星等客戶；在動力電池管理（BMS）領域，重點配套比亞迪、上汽集團等客戶，2021年以來，BMS出貨增速明顯，有望培育成公司新的優勢產品。（新聞來源：中國證券報）
