【行業亮點】超華科技簽訂《銅箔產業基地專案投資合作協定》預計總投資122.6億元

超華科技2月1日早間公告，公司於2021年1月31日召開第六屆董事會第二次會議，審議通過《關於簽訂的議案》。銅箔產業基地專案系公司計畫在玉林市投資建設年產10萬噸高精度電子銅箔和1000萬張高端芯板的新材料產業基地，專案預計總投資122.6億元，項目生產用地面積約為838畝，項目分兩期建設。一期建設5萬噸電子銅箔和1000萬張高端芯板項目，第一期5萬噸電子銅箔專案建成投產後在條件成熟時啟動第二期5萬噸電子銅箔專案建設。交易對手方為廣西玉柴工業園。
據公告，專案全部建成投產後，預計帶來直接工業生產產值約120多億元/年，每畝產值約1431萬元。帶動產業鏈上下游結算約300億元/年，同時預計新增稅收約6-10億元/年。每畝稅收約71萬元-119萬元/年。（上海證券報）
