【行業亮點】ABF載板大廠擴產 動作加快

ABF載板供不應求情況延續，欣興、景碩與南電等各大載板廠商積極擴產因應；此外，PCB龍頭臻鼎在載板領域雖是新進者，但也積極投入佈局未來二年擴產計畫，除了擴充既有BT載板產能之外，並透過子公司禮鼎半導體專注載板領域，最快2022年開出載板產能。
欣興因今年2月有一批價值約新臺幣19.8億元的設備交期採購拉長，資本支出因而產生變化，公司暫訂今年資本支出為新臺幣174.34億元，低於去年的歷史新高新臺幣240億元，實際金額仍待設備端驗收情況而定。欣興楊梅廠區專案投資仍占最大，該廠區主要是計畫生產ABF載板。
南電去年資本支出估達近新臺幣80億元高標，實際運用仍看財報結算而定，公司預期今年資本支出維持和去年差不多的高檔金額，目標今年整體載板產能將提升至少10%。
此外，景碩今年資本支出也有望維持高檔。(新聞來源：經濟日報 )
