【行業亮點】一PCB大廠擬在淮安新園區投建高端HDI和先進SLP類載板智慧製造專案

近日，鵬鼎控股發佈公告稱，公司召開第二屆董事會第七次會議決議，審議通過《關於淮安新園區高端HDI和先進SLP類載板智慧製造專案的議案》。
公司於2020年7月2日召開第二屆董事會第三會議，審議通過了《關於購買淮安第二園區土地的議案》，董事會同意公司購買淮安園區生產基地南側約330畝的土地，用於未來投資建設新的生產基地。2020年10月，全資子公司慶鼎精密與淮安市自然資源和規劃局簽訂《土地使用權出讓合同》。
根據Prismark2020年8月報告，2019年到2024年，全球HDI市場年複合增長率預計將達到5.9%，隨著5G的技術推廣，高端HDI和SLP產品將迎來快速發展，為應對市場發展需求，董事會同意公司在淮安新園區(暨原第二園區,現更名為第三園區)投資建設高端HDI和先進SLP類載板智慧製造專案。其中一期預計總投資50億元人民幣，滿載產能5.3萬平方米，建設期為2021-2025年。
根據資料，鵬鼎控股2020三季報歸母淨利潤為13.79億元，同比下降-18.99%；營業收入為174.66億元，同比增長0.74%。公司所屬同花順二級行業為半導體及元件。（新聞來源：新浪財經）
