特色產業發展資金辦法出臺

大陸財政部近日出臺《地方特色產業中小企業發展資金管理辦法》,規定特色產業資金無償資助的額度,每個項目不超過RMB 300萬元,每個項目的貼息期限不超過兩年,特色產業資金資本金投入的額度,不超過引導基金總規模的30%。特色產業資金的使用和管理應當遵循公開透明、定向使用、科學管理、加強監督的原則,確保資金使用規範、安全和高效,並向中西部地區傾斜。(資料來源：法制日報)
