【產業動態】立訊精密及其控股股東立訊有限公司： 全資收購緯創資通兩家全資子公司100%的股權

立訊精密近日發佈公告稱，立訊精密及其控股股東立訊有限公司將出資33億元（約合4.72億美元）全資收購緯創資通兩家全資子公司100%的股權。其中，上市公司立訊精密在此次收購中出資6億元。
要知道，緯創從2017年開始為蘋果的iPhone手機做代工，是蘋果iPhone的第三大代工廠，但其規模小於富士康和和碩。通過此舉，立訊精密從而得以進入iPhone代工領域，具備重大的戰略意義。
之前立訊精密以生產連接線、連接器開始，跨足聲學、馬達、天線、智慧穿戴、智慧配件等零元件、模組與系統類產品，近年承接火爆的蘋果AirPods耳機代工訂單而大獲風頭，業績暴增，股價已飆升數倍。
一方面立訊精密通過收購增加了自身實力，有望一舉切入iPhone代工市場；另一方面，財聯社也報導說，蘋果希望通過扶持立訊精密來挑戰富士康當前在iPhone代工上的龍頭地位。但就目前來看，立訊精密據該目標還有很大差距。緯創目前代工的iPhone主要是相對老舊的版本，無論從型號代差還是生產規模上都遠遠不及富士康。但立訊精密的代工雄心在市場的影響將漸次顯現，有分析說立訊精密將首先對和碩在大陸的iPhone業務造成衝擊。
