【行業亮點】ABF載板供應吃緊 景碩、欣興、南電吃香

受惠5G、高速運算（HPC）、ADAS（自動駕駛輔助系統）新興應用需求，帶動ABF載板供應吃緊，欣興、景碩、南電今年營運走俏。法人指出，ABF載板未來3年存在供應缺口，有助相關廠商營運與獲利。
欣興前5月合併營收年增15.72%，今年配合客戶需求擴大資本投資，美系外資看好欣興ABF載板的成長力道。美系外資指出，ABF載板有助提升欣興的產品平均單價（ASP）與毛利率，先前華為禁令引發股價修正，但華為與海思約占欣興10%營收，華為禁令對該公司衝擊很小，欣興客戶多元，且ABF載板供應吃緊，華為禁令不致於對欣興產生長期衝擊。
外資分析，ABF載板需求強勁可望持續至2022年，ABF載板在未來3年仍有缺口，無法滿足市場需求，主要市場來自5G、高速運算、ADAS等，欣興與高通、聯發科、Broadcom、Skyworks、Quovo等大廠合作關係緊密，有助進一步合作發展相關最新應用。
景碩今年營運明顯轉佳，前5月合併營收年增高達22.35%，外資看好景碩今年在ABF載板以及未來天線封裝（AiP）業務成長，獲利能力可望明顯成長，第2季營收季增10-15%。(新聞來源：自由時報)
