陸封四直轄市 台商逾兆投資受波及！產業斷鏈危機 台韓越首當其衝

新冠肺炎疫情擴大，北京、上海相繼實施封閉式管理，經濟部官員指出，台商在相繼半封城的北京、上海、天津、重慶四直轄市的投資案約9029件、總額逾1.13兆台幣，目前已積極調查受衝擊程度。疫情也打亂台商年後復工步調，官員表示，目前僅有少數規模較大台商復工，且即使復工，業者也因考量下游廠商尚未運轉，產線多僅恢復2、3成。
新冠肺炎風暴衍生產業斷鏈危機，星展集團公布報告，認為全球紡織和電子產業受影響程度最大，且疫情對經濟活動的影響，恐對亞洲地區帶來負面外溢效應，台、韓和越南更首當其衝。
星展集團資深經濟學家馬鐵英說，韓將中間產品出口至中國大陸的依賴程度最高，超過4成相關出口產品至中國大陸，至於越南對於來自中國大陸的中間產品依賴程度較高，超過30％的中間產品從中國大陸進口，無論是下游延後生產還是上游原料短缺，台灣、南韓和越南受到衝擊將最為嚴重。
工商協進會理事長林伯豐說，台灣對陸出口占40％，疫情嚴峻影響交通，原料進不去、生產商品出不來，對台廠營運衝擊2至3成以上。商總理事長賴正鎰表示，真正復工與預期有近3周落差、供應鏈也有短缺問題，但台商經營保有彈性，問題可以解決。(新聞來源:工商時報)
