助力企業復工複產 中國大陸財政部將繼續出臺減稅降費政策

為了支持企業特別中小微企業早日復工複產，近期中國大陸財政部會同相關部門出臺了一系列財稅政策。
在企業減負方面，除了落實稅收減免政策外，最近又出臺了社會保險費減免政策。在政府補貼方面，普遍放寬疫情防控期間中小微企業失業保險穩崗返還政策標準，加大失業保險穩崗返還力度。同時還加大職業培訓補貼的支持力度，積極推進開展線上職業技能培訓，對疫情防控期間一些中小微企業在停工期、恢復期開展線下或者線上培訓的，也按規定納入補貼範圍。
財政部社會保障司司長符金陵介紹，企業的養老、失業、工傷三項社會保險階段性降費實施以後，預計2020年可以減輕企業負擔5100多億元人民幣。減征部分職工醫保單位繳費，可以減輕企業負擔約1500億元人民幣。加上去年企業養老保險單位繳費由20%降為16%的政策實施，全年僅社會保險費減負就會減輕企業負擔超過1萬億元人民幣。
符金陵還提到，湖北省最多可免征企業養老、失業、工傷三項社會保險單位繳費5個月，總體來看，這項政策對湖北省的三項社會保險基金會產生一定影響，但影響是可控的。
在降低融資成本方面，主要是增加貼息資金的規模，加大對重點保障企業專項貸款財政貼息的支持力度，按企業實際獲得貸款利率的50%給予貼息，保證企業的實際融資成本不高於1.6%。（新聞來源：中國證券網）
