【獨家點評】日本電路板產值持續縮減

根據日本電路板協會公佈的統計數字，日本印刷電路板(PCB；硬板+軟板+模組基板)產量連續第12個月呈現下滑；產額萎縮9.7%至366.77億日圓，連續第11個月呈現下滑。
影響分析
以目前日本上市電路板廠商已經公佈的前三季營收狀況推估，2019年日本電路板產值約為118億美元，相較2018年衰退約10%左右，這已經是繼2018年日本為全球唯一產值衰退的國家後，2019年再度成為全球各國產值衰退最大的國家，全球市占率要追上中國大陸重返第二似乎已經愈來愈困難。
以各個公司的營收表現看來，屬於軟板產品為主的公司均衰退二位數以上，包括Mektec、Sumitomo及Fujikura，顯見日本軟板公司為了避免手機應用激烈競爭下，侵蝕到公司的獲利水準，而採用去手機近新興應用(汽車、機器人、生醫…)的策略仍未奏效，也就是新興應用市場的新增產值尚未能彌補淡化手機應用的產值空缺。
載板廠商雖然表現相對較好，但其實也面臨相同的情況，以IBIDEN為例，自iPhone處理器晶片採用Fan-out封裝而不需載板後，IBIDEN雖也試圖透過佈局類載板以填補減少的營收，但目前看來仍是未能盡如人意。因此，日本電路板產業目前正處於轉型時刻，若未能成功則可能將慢慢退出全球領先群的地位。（新聞來源：TPCA）
