【產業動態】華為設立歐洲5G工廠：選址法國 預計年產值10億歐元

華為宣佈在法國設立專門生產4G和5G設備的無線產品製造工廠，該專案預計將產生10億歐元的年產值，並創造500個直接就業機會。按先前的報導分析此舉是為了提升其在歐洲市場的地位。
華為表示，將為這座工廠投資2億歐元，主要用於土地、建廠、設備採購等。該工廠生產的無線通訊設備將主要供應歐洲市場，而不僅僅是法國市場。華為將通過該工廠為該地區的客戶完成訂單，包括英國、法國、德國、義大利和西班牙的主要運營商。該公司估計，該項目將產生10億歐元的年產值，並將創造500個就業機會。
華為表示：“作為全球最先進的製造中心之一，法國擁有成熟的工業基礎設施和受過高等教育的勞動力，其地理位置對華為來說是理想的。該製造工廠將成為華為在歐洲的一體化價值鏈中的一員，從而提高華為向歐洲客戶交付產品的及時性和可靠性。”
華為是全球領先的網路技術供應商之一，也是少數幾家能夠提供5G技術的公司之一。華為官方透露的資料顯示，截至目前，該公司已獲得91個5G商用合同，其中47個來自歐洲。去年，華為是最大的5G手機供應商，其5G手機出貨量達700萬部。上周早些時候，該公司還新推出了折疊屏手機MateXs、MatePad Pro平板電腦和MateBook X Pro筆記型電腦。（新聞來源：TechWeb）
