奧特斯加碼大陸 進軍IC基板

日前奧特斯CEO在上海表示非常看好半導體細分市場IC基板的前景，且於今年1月在IC基板領域開發。CEO表示公司進軍這項業務領域，旨在驅動業務增長和拓展客戶的多元化，提高公司價值，維持增長勢頭，延續高科技戰略幷鞏固企業地位。與此同時奧特斯選址重慶進行戰略投資，這個計畫正在穩步推進，作為生產地的重慶工廠已經獲得設備、儀器和材料的規格。奧特斯還將拿到材料掌控、作業系統和技術工藝的技術轉讓，幷與一家全球領先半導體嘗試的合作將可確保生產增量階段順利進行。該工廠預計在2016年開始投入大規模生產。（來源：國際電子商情 ）
