蘇州新政鼓勵小微企業 吸納高校畢業生就業

近日，蘇州出臺相關新政對小微企業新招用高校畢業生給予培訓補貼和社會保險補貼。根據規定，小型微型企業組織新錄用高校畢業生參加崗前技能提升培訓，並獲得國家職業資格證書(中級)的補貼按照當地確定的職業培訓補貼標準的50%執行，最高不超過RMB500元/人。此外，對符合條件的小微企業招用高校畢業生繳納社會保險費給予不超過一年的全額補貼(不包括個人應繳納的社會保險費)。據悉，小型微型企業招用高校畢業生社會保險補貼政策執行從2012年5月至2014年底。（來源：城市商報）
