日本將收緊對南韓的科技材料出口限制

日本經濟產業省（METI）7月1日宣布，日本將收緊對南韓的科技材料出口限制，管制目標為智慧手機顯示器和晶片所使用的高科技材料，以應對南韓對二戰時期強制徵用勞工的裁決。這項收緊出口管制的措施將於7月4日生效，將使得出口程序放慢數個月，可能影響三星電子、SK海力士和樂金電子等南韓科技大廠。南韓財政部已經召開會議討論日本的這項決定。
去年10月，南韓最高法院判決日本新日鐵住金鋼鐵公司必須賠償在二戰時期遭到日本強制徵用的南韓勞工，日本政府多次要求南韓政府採取行動解決這個問題，並於今年5月向南韓提出仲裁程序，但仍未獲得滿意結果。日本經濟產業省表示，南韓未能就強制徵用勞工問題提出任何措施，損害兩國間的互信，因信任已失，日方無法進行對話，也無法確保會採取適當的出口管制。
日本將對南韓收緊出口管制的高科技材料，包括智慧手機顯示器使用的氟化聚酰亞胺（fluorinated polyimide），以及用於製造半導體所需的抗蝕劑和高純度氟化氫（hydrogen fluoride）。日本的氟化聚酰亞胺和抗蝕劑產量佔全球產量的9成之高，而日本的高純度氟化氫產量則佔全球產量的7成，因此相關製造商要尋找替代供應來源恐怕不容易。(新聞來源：時報資訊)
