华为扩大COF采购力道,合力泰、丹邦科技深度受益

據報導，受美國禁令影響，供應鏈傳出華為開始狂掃貨各類IC，元器件等，並要求供貨商全力供貨，以避免斷鍊危機。對於原本就已供不應求的面板驅動IC薄膜覆晶封裝（COF）基板，華為同樣擴大採購力道，透過供應鏈要求台系頎邦及易華電有多少貨就出多少，此舉引發OPPO。體內等手機廠加入搶貨戰局頎邦年底前COF基板產能全被包下，COF封測產能利用率將滿載到年底;易華電COF基板接單能見度同樣直透年底此前由於COF持續供不應求，易華電等廠二季度已上調8-15％價格。
由於大尺寸面板高分辨率產品的推出及手機等移動設備窄邊框需求的增加，COF整體用量達到歷史新高，業內預計，COF供不應求狀況或延續至2020年.COF產能主要集中在韓國，台灣及日本等大廠，隨著中美貿易摩擦及華為事件的驅動，大陸國內COF相關公司望受益於國產化替代及行業的高景氣（新聞來源：FPCworld）。
