京東方收購鄂爾多斯第5.5代AM-OLED公司

京東方發佈公告稱，近日公司以人民幣400萬元人民幣的價格收購佳奇城投對源盛光電-鄂爾多斯第5.5代AM-OLED公司所持有的20%股權，京東方將成為最大股東。京東方表示，其鄂爾多斯第5.5代AM-OLED公司仍將主要從事AM-OLED相關產品及其配套產品的生產、銷售等。(資料整理：中國半導體照明網)
