貿易戰越演越烈 台灣PCB廠迎急單

〔記者卓怡君／台北報導〕美中貿易戰越演越烈，中國華為遭到美國祭旗，衝擊台灣華為供應鏈出現一波急殺，不過，根據PCB供應鏈觀察，因美中貿易戰可能加徵剩下3250億美元中國輸出美國商品關稅，短期可能出現一波急單，客戶先建立庫存水位，不過，最擔心的還是美中貿易戰未來若進一步擴大，恐對終端買氣造成傷害。
目前台灣電子廠商最擔心的就是未來3250億美元中國輸美產品全部課徵25%關稅，對台灣電子業最重要的NB、手機產品全部都會入列，PCB廠瀚宇博德（5469）台灣廠總經理陶正國認為，近期加稅課徵的2000億美元產品以網通產品為主，台廠在去年都已做好因應措施，很多都拉回台灣生產，影響不大，若是未來進一步把NB產品納入，可以預見的是，將有一波急單需求，公司將會提早做好急單準備，可在48小時迅速出貨。
PCB業者指出，PCB板直接銷往美國被課稅的比例很低，主要是PCB板組裝出口並非全部送到美國，若是未來組裝廠產線移轉，也可以配合，但目前最大的疑慮還是整個消費市場，在美中兩強相爭之下，衝擊全球經濟前景與終端買氣，這是產業界最擔心害怕的事。(新聞來源:自由財經)
