【行業亮點】欣興、燿華、健鼎、臻鼎等PCB廠 投資搶攻5G

PCB廠商搶5G商機，各大廠將積極提升製程技術與生產精密度。統計顯示，今年包含全球PCB龍頭臻鼎、燿華、欣興、軟板大廠台郡、健鼎等在全球總投資近新台幣400億元，有望再創台廠投資新高。
由於高階智慧機準5G規格PCB材料遴選定案，為了因應未來客戶應用需求，各大廠皆積極佈局製程技術以及改善廠區生產效益。
台郡方面在台灣高雄啟動5G營運中心預計投資逾新台幣百億元，今年度進一步的營運展望有待公司4月舉辦的法說會說明。欣興今年已敲定資本支出追加案，目標投資新台幣83億用於產能擴充與升級。臻鼎今年積極佈局5G與汽車電子新應用，業界研判投資仍將不低於欣興。健鼎投資約新台幣45億與去年相當。燿華將啟動土城一廠的升級投資作業，整體規模達新台幣10億，主要配合未來5G通訊產品的設備需求。
PCB廠商開拓5G需求，中小利基廠商今年營運也有望持續熱轉，包含高技以及材料商聯茂、達邁等也備受矚目。 (新聞來源:經濟日報)
