【台灣】宏達電董事長王雪紅：5G提供實時的高質量VR及AR內容

宏達電董事長暨執行長王雪紅在2月25日MWC的演講中表示，5G即將帶來開創與變革，5G可提供實時的高質量VR及AR內容，且AI將會完全理解人們的需求，而VR和AR將是能釋放AI最強大實力的首要利器。
宏達電今年在MWC發表新的VR一體機Vive Focus Plus、Vive Pro Eye、多款由合作夥伴所開發的創新內容，以及多款未來結合VR及5G的開創性應用。同時王雪紅再度應大會邀約擔任專題演講嘉賓，主題為沈浸式內容（Immersive Content）。王雪紅以「我們活在在一個不可思議的時代」開場，表示嶄新的科技以前所未見的方式誕生，提供人們豐富而深刻的體驗。 22年前，HTC品牌誕生之時，當時便知道智能型手機將會主導未來人們的數位生活。而今天，在新一波科技已鋪天蓋地而來之際，宏達電也看見VR／AR等虛擬實境科技，未來將超越了智能型手機的無限潛能。
