【台灣】銷售創佳績 文坦多層電路板測試機

大量應用於智慧手機電路板的量測檢查機，是文坦自動化今年的重點。總經理梁志堅表示，高階電路板對於鑽孔及成型的品質要求嚴格，這款成型後的量測檢查機，獲得國內兩大蘋概廠使用多年後，今年預計會有追加的訂單。
PCB業走過前2年市場榮景，今年擴產相對保守，梁志堅表示，既有客戶因應手機廠更高的品質要求，品管條件再升級，全年仍審慎樂觀。文坦去年11月啟用新廠，生產及服務能量再強化，希望在兩岸及日韓市場再創佳績。
為多層電路板客戶客製設計專屬的測試機台，也是文坦的強項，並發展成為經營利基。梁志堅表示，這些用在半導體測試、伺服器及通訊產品的電路板，大多為40層以上的超厚多層板，製造及檢查都是高難度的技術挑戰。文坦獲得客戶信賴，深入討論製程，針對需求做改變、追加必要的功能，或者重新設計，克服多重困難，也獲得客戶更大的信任。
法人表示，中國為全球PCB最大生產地，台灣廠承受很大的價格競爭壓力，唯有以品質及良率求勝出。南亞及臻鼎為蘋果二大手機板供應廠，金像及先豐則是少數具有超厚多層板製造能力，均為業界翹楚；作為支援角色的設備商，文坦自動化發展出有別於標準機的設備，以更高的性能避開同質性產品的價格競爭，創造與客戶雙贏的局面。(新聞來源:經濟日報)
