【行業亮點】日月光砸61億新台幣大陸蓋新廠

儘管國際貿易紛爭未落幕，但IC封測龍頭大廠日月光投控子公司環旭電子，仍決定加碼投資大陸，將透過環旭子公司環勝電子公司，在大陸惠州興建大亞灣新廠，預計總投資額不低於人民幣13.5億元（約新台幣61.4億元），規劃生產視訊控制板，收銀機，伺服器主機板，新型電子產品代工服務等。
日月光投控表示，這是因應中長期發展戰略和產能佈局需要，透過子公司環旭電子與中國惠州大亞灣區招商局，簽訂項目投資協議。
環旭表示，興建新廠主因產能趨飽和，現有場地和空間無法滿足在中國大陸華南業務發展需要，計劃在大亞灣經濟技術開發區設立專案公司。並授權子公司環勝電子成立100％持股的全資子公司，負責投資設立新廠。
據了解，環旭電子預估新廠佔地總面積約6萬平方米，計劃項目分兩期建設，第一期建築面積為12萬平方米;第二期建築面積7.3萬平方米，規劃生產視訊控制板，收銀機，伺服器主機板，新型電子產品等。
日月光投控昨天也代環勝電子公告，將成立資本額人民幣2億元（約新台幣9億元）的子公司，目前名稱未定。（新聞來源：經濟日報）
