【台灣】綠能帶動投資 2019估逾千億新台幣

台灣經濟部長沈榮津24日表示，2019年太陽光電可以帶來投資900億元新台幣、離岸風電上緯至少有224億元新台幣，兩者合計投資上看逾千億元新台幣。至於外界關心的再生能源躉購費率是否會上調，沈強調，會尊重30日會議結果。
沈榮津表示，Google在23日與台灣地區業者簽約購綠電10MW，包括亞馬遜、蘋果等大廠都要求使用綠電，像這些國際級網絡公司，都會要求100％使用綠電，而台灣身為國際供應鏈大本營，更應該要跟上國際腳步、增加綠電發電佔比。
沈榮津表示，太陽光電2年1,527MW計劃已達標，2019年目標是再建置1.5GW裝置容量，預計帶動約新台幣900億投資；離岸風電部分，上緯2019年也將完成120MW的示範風場，預計能帶動新台幣224億投資。其餘離岸風電開發商投資金額至少逾新台幣千億元，但有的要等2019年的躉購費率公佈才會明朗化。
綠能建設與台灣經濟部下週要公佈的躉購費率、能源配比息息相關，沈榮津表示，感謝這些國際開發商、業者已提供許多寶貴資料，預計30日將召開躉購費率審議委員會，除讓開發商面對面與委員溝通，也會具體討論台灣與歐洲成本不同處。市場外傳，躉購費率價格將大幅調高，沈榮津強調，不會預測審議結果。 (新聞來源:工商時報)
