【行業亮點】中天科技擬2億人民幣增資江東電子材料 加碼銅箔及電池結構件業務

近日，中天科技發佈公告稱，根據業務發展的實際需要，公司擬對全資子公司江東電子材料有限公司（以下簡稱“江東電子材料”）增資2億元人民幣，用於設備採購及補充流動資金。本次增資後，江東電子材料的註冊資本變更為6億元人民幣，中天科技依舊控股100%。
資料顯示，江東電子材料成立於2016年9月，主要從事高性能超薄電子銅箔、動力鋰電池精密結構件、儲能鋰電池精密結構件和汽車結構件等生產銷售。
2018年7月12日，中天科技發佈公告以4.1億元人民幣收購江東電子材料100%股權，在鋰電池業務的基礎上增加了鋰電銅箔和鋰電池結構件業務。當月，江東電子材料舉行了年產5000噸鋰電箔項目投產開機儀式。
對於本次增資，中天科技在公告中稱，增資後江東電子材料將進一步提升產能，豐富產品系列，擴大中天科技股份新能源產業鏈優勢，為公司新能源產業朝著多層化、薄型化、高能量密度化發展提供有力支持，符合公司發展戰略；江東電子材料產品線進一步向高端提升，技術水平大幅度提高，滿足不同客戶的多層次需求，可實現規模效應和高度自動化水平，降低管理及運行成本，提高上市公司的盈利能力。 （新聞來源：銅道綜合資訊）
