【產業動態】小米戰略入股TCL 將全面發力大家電

近日，TCL集團發佈公告，截至2019年1月4日，小米集團通過證券交易系統在二級市場購入公司股份，購入股數6516.88萬股，占公司總股本的 0.48%。
公告提及，TCL集團已於2018年12月29日與小米集團簽訂戰略合作協議，雙方將開展在智能硬件與電子信息核心高端基礎器件一體化的聯合研發，創新下一代智能硬件中新型器件技術的應用，建立起核心、高端和基礎技術領域的相互合作或聯合投資。
TCL集團董事長李東生在微博上表示，幾個月前，跟雷軍一次聊天中雷總提起合作意向；幾天前，小米與TCL討論了戰略合作的框架，現在小米又入股TCL集團。 2019年是華星光電創立第十年，在這個特殊的年份，TCL與小米的戰略攜手，將通過產業協同、聯合研發，合力推動中國製造業的轉型升級，服務全球消費者，創意感動生活，創新點亮生活
