【大陸】大陸財政部：明年實施更大規模減稅降費

為了使積極的財政政策加力提效，明年將實施更大規模的減稅降費。同時，優化財政支出結構，樹立過緊日子的思想，嚴格壓縮一般性支出，加大對重點領域支持力度，提高資金配置效率，有效降低企業負擔。
聚焦突出短板和薄弱環節，大力支持製造業、民營經濟和中小企業等發展，增強市場主體活力，提升經濟創新力和競爭力；立足培育發展國內市場，著力促消費、擴投資，發揮好內需對經濟增長的支撐作用；統籌落實好國家重大區域戰略，發揮各地區比較優勢，健全區域互助和利益分享機制，進一步提升區域間基本公共服務均等化水平，縮小區域發展差距，促進區域協調發展向更高水平和更高質量邁進；圍繞農業農村現代化的總目標，著力構建完善財政支持實施鄉村振興戰略的政策體系和體制機制，推動農業高質量發展，大力支持鄉村建設，深化農業農村改革，鞏固發展“三農”持續向好形勢。
此外，大陸財政部還在加強保障和改善民生、深化財稅體制改革、持續提升財政管理效能等方面作出安排。 （新聞來源：中國證券網）
